South Orange Ace Hardware

The website said they could cut my car key at this location. I drove 20 minutes across town and they did actually have the equipment to cut my key. However, they refused to do it out of concern for their liability (damages to my blank key fob). I told them I paid $20 for two of them and I didn’t care- they still would not cut it.

I use to work for Tooles Ace I recently quit reason I don't going to say it here but Today I went to pick up a Comercial order from my new Boss and The Manager Jess treat me like garbage because I offer an after hours job to two of their employees I don't think Ace hardware owned people life they can do whatever they want whit their free time so for this incident today the treatment Jess gave me we don't going to do business with that store no more we prefer to go to HD or Lowes. And the bad thing is the same treatment he gave me today the same treatment he do with Diwas an old Lady that works there for 20+ years.

First interaction with this hardware store….. dropped off Stihl cut-off saw to be repaired…. process went fine….Review will be complete when I see how well the saw was repaired 🙂

Came here to buy a titan ac capacitor to replace my broken one. Their capacitors aren’t refundable, which is fine if the capacitor works. The one I bought is a bad one, and I just wasted my hard earned $51
